CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE- Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes the service and parts offering of the dealership to the clients.
- Follows up and reminds customer of their scheduled routine maintenance checks.
Organizes appointments and pre booking of customers.- Checks the performance of the vehicle and the feedback of the customer after release from service.
Assists in the preparation of scheduled reports.
- Develops and maintains a filing system for all branch related documents.
College graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate (PDF, Microsoft Word and Excel)- Experience in Automotive Industry is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned with in visayas area
