Job Description

  • Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution
  • Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships
  • Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers

Requirements


  • At least 1 year of customer service, support, or any client facing roles experience
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English
  • Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus
  • Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite
