The Customer Development Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers. This role involves leading a team of customer development staff, overseeing customer engagement strategies, and driving business growth through effective customer relationships.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of customer development staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
- 2. Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- 4. Collaborate with the R&D team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new products to customers.
- 5. Monitor team performance metrics, set targets, and track progress to achieve customer development goals.
- 6. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- 7. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the customer development team to enhance their skills and expertise.
- 8. Prepare regular reports on customer engagement activities, sales performance, and customer satisfaction levels for management review.
- 9. Implement strategies to retain existing customers, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
- 10. Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Product development, to align customer development efforts with overall business objectives.
- 11. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- 12. Coordinates with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfill customer requirements.
- 13. Identify and target new customer segments to expand the customer base.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HRM, or any food related courses
- Experience : Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a food related field, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role in food industry.
