Job Description

The Customer Development Staff is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers through various channels to understand their needs, address inquires, and provide solutions.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

  • Collaborate with the R&D team and Marketing to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new products/services to customer and also to create customized solutions for customer.

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and fulfill customer requirements.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.

  • Provide training and support to customers on product/ service usage, features, and benefits.

  • Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedbacks, and sales performance to track progress and identify areas for growth.

  • Implement strategies to retain existing customers, reduce churn attrition, and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels, address any issues or concerns promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Do admin function for sales operations.

  • QUALIFICATIONS


  • Education : Any four-year course preferably Business, HRM, and any food related courses
  • Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Special Skills :

Computer savvy

Good communications and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer centric mindset

Fast Learner

Good time management and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
