MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Support to National Key Accounts Manager and Head of Sales for the managed channel(s), active cooperation with SCM, Marketing and 3rd party agency for the execution and implementation of the short-term and long-term sales strategy of the area as aligned with overall Froneri strategy.
- Monitor & follow-up the individual weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets
Identify accounts sales opportunities & potential to develop channel, store and distributor strategies
- Involved in Budget discussions on volume & input with marketing
Monitor trends (market, Froneri, competitors)- Ensure merchandising of company products and market hygiene
Ensures efficient use of trade spend as aligned with the area strategy and Froneri strategy
- Implement promotions/projects and produce reports as required
Ensure product availability at all relevant outlets via DSD or DRP- Ensure use of POSM materials efficiently according to Froneri guidelines and standards
Review, Input and correction of rolling forecast
- Active operational cooperation within the Sales team and other internal departments (Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing)
Take the lead in expanding the online availability of FPI products- Ensure Cold chain is maintained in the delivery and warehousing of our products.
The following tasks remain Customer Development Specialist's full responsibility:
- Meet the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets by customer as aligned with gross sales, EBITDA and Cash targets.
Effectively spend and keep to the yearly budget by customer and by product group.
- Forecast and manage sales and deal with any deviations from the operational plan.
Development of short and long term Froneri to Customer/Area business strategy.- Annual contract negotiation with FS partners as aligned with internal functions.
Collection and reduction of accounts receivable to Froneri
- On time transmission of NKA invoices by the distributor under DRP program.
Ensure trade returns is within allowable % for total ICFD business in the area.- Drive and achieve A brand's budget for the area.
Expand territory through trade development of the assigned area.
- Conduct cost savings initiative to manage yearly trade spend.
Management of Trade assets assigned to the area.
