Responsibilities
Prioritize and dispatch service calls to our amazing HVAC techs, plumbers, drain cleaners, duct cleaners and electricians.
Promote positive communication with our field staff, management team, and customers on the schedule
Sell Memberships to homeowners to build long lasting customer relationship.
Lead generation by offering alternative promotions or services to customers based on needs
Process material orders required to perform services sold
Maintain customer database with current information and gate keep the data flow to the field and back from the field to the office.
Utilize additional technology and software to complete the daily workflow.
Support administrative staff and service department personnel with various projects and issues
Miscellaneous duties as assigned. And this is not an understatement.
Qualifications
Sales Driven Mentality
Provide 5 star customer service to both our internal and external customers
At least 6 months of experience working in a fast-paced office environment required.
Be able to organize and fit pieces of a puzzle where they fit!
Make relationship building with your service technicians top priority!
A high school diploma is strongly preferred but not required.
Great verbal communication, strong email etiquette and savvy with technology.
Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
