Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures accurate transactions and/or orders.
Records information accurately to make improvements to customers future shopping experience.
  • Meets customers needs, solves problems independently, and recognizes when to escalate to a manager.
Provides the customer with a smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns.

  • Qualifications:
With 1-2 years of professional experience in voice support in BPO/Shared Service/International industries.
  • Preferably with experience in Salesforce.
With excellent communication skills.
CAN START ASAP. Engagement: Direct hire, for permanent
  • Work Schedule: Night Shift.
Work Set-up: 100% onsite

Ortigas, Pasig
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
