Job PurposeTo assist in the daily operation of Customer Care Center.
- Handles day to day inbound customers calls, orders and inquiries from various channels
Interact with customers through calls, e-mails, or chats and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
Sell products and place customer orders in the Order Management System.
- Endorses leads to the branches
Monitor OMS input completion and order fulfillment- Conducts daily outbound lead-generating activities
Executes Call to Deliver (CTD) programs
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offer customer assistance and support
Inform customers about the company's new products, services, and policies- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Accountabilities CTD metrics, IB and OB targets, aggregators
