Job Description:- Customer Assistance, Assist customers with complaints and answering their questions about the products and services via all channels
Build company and brand image through positive customer experience- Organized documentation to ensure that everything needed to assist the customer is available for other teammates as well as in the cases where escalation is necessary
Requires frequent interactions with various levels of management
- Other task may from time to time be assigned in accordance with the exigencies of the business, within the employee's department, company as well as other companies.
Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course or vocational graduate of any TESDA training center related to the position.
- Preference in the filed of Communications, Marketing, Business/Entrepreneurship and Administration.
At least 1 yr customer frontline experience for any customer brand- At least 1 yr experience in any customer-facing position such as sales, customer service representative, call center agent, telemarketing, receptionist, and the like
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
