Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotline Agent/Telephone Operator located in Pasay. The Hotline Agent/Telephone Operator will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. They will also assist in routing calls to the appropriate department or personnel and maintaining accurate call records.

Basic computer skills
Fluency in both English and Filipino languages
