Graduate or undergraduate (completed at least 2 years) of any Bachelor or associate course
Knowledgeable in internet and broadband connections
Has sufficient knowledge and skill in using a computer
Proficient in both English and Filipino, both oral and written communication
Passion to help customers with their queries and complaints
With good phone handling and active listening skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
