Graduate or undergraduate (completed at least 3 years) of any medical allied course (Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Dentistry, Nutrition & Dietetics)
Has sufficient knowledge and skill in using a computer
Proficient in both English and Filipino, both oral and written communication
Has the passion to help customers with their queries and complaints
With good phone handling and active listening skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
