Preferably a Business Administration and Office Management degree course- Willing to be assigned and relocate to different sites of Lynville
Job Summary:
- The position will be responsible for the repairs of all houses, move-in/turn-over procedures, monitoring temporary services such as water supply for each household and maintain the cleanliness of assigned subdivision.
To coordinate and monitor repairs of our contractor to their affected houses.
- To provide report of charges including labor and material cost to the offending contractors who do not follow their timeline for repairs.
To ensure the cleanliness of all road lots surrounding finished houses- To maintain the cleanliness of all turn over unit by the contractor
To conduct the move-in procedure with clients who have been fully paid or have their loan application approved and processed. This includes filling up the punch-list with the client. He/she can enlist the support of the engineering and sales department if there is a large amount of clients that need to be simultaneously put through the move-in procedure
- To provide presentable units including cleanliness, no number of repairs before move in.
