Performs optimal execution of contact center operations activities (i.e., making outbound calls, addressing customer issues/complaints) and ensures to achieve individual goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis creatively.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
College degree of any business-related courses.
at least 6 months of working experience in a contact center service.
Must have good communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
