- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree in business or medical-related field.
- Experience in customer service roles is often required, usually ranging from 1-3 years.
Experience in sales, either as a sales representative or in a related role, is highly beneficial.- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
