Job Description

Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Providing product information and recommendations.
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Handling customer accounts and maintaining records.
Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products/services.
  • Telemarketing
Meeting sales targets and contributing to overall sales goals.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in business or medical-related field.
  • Experience in customer service roles is often required, usually ranging from 1-3 years.
Experience in sales, either as a sales representative or in a related role, is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
