We are seeking a Customer Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the job market of SEA. The Customer Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications

• College Undergraduate, Associate Gradate, College Graduate
• 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Fluent in English and one or more local languages
