Qualifications:- Education: at least 2 years in college or graduate of Senior High School
Working Experience: preferably with Customer Service experience
- Skills/Competencies: Computer literate, Customer Oriented & with good communication skills
Willing to go from one branch to another
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Follow established procedures for handling customer interactions, including recording details and updating customer records.
