Customer Associate

Job Qualifications:

• Education: at least 2 years in college or graduate of Senior High School
• Working Experience: preferably with Customer Service experience
• Skills/Competencies: Computer literate, Customer Oriented & with good communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Follow established procedures for handling customer interactions, including recording details and updating customer records.
• Other tasks as necessary
