Description- Primarily responsible in the timely, accurate, and end-to-end accounts management of post-booking inquiries, requests, and complaints received through various communication channels.
Conduct of outbound calls to unattended clients to ensure that all calls are accommodated and facilitated and proactively provide updates and follow-ups to clients- Management of financial transactions, such as but not limited to cash advances (CA) and reimbursements for transportation, representation, and miscellaneous expenses, and CA liquidations
Must be graduate of 4-yr course- 1-3 yrs experience in Customer Service
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Very good English communication skills
