Job Description

Position: Accountant
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Accounting Manager for the daily and routine record-keeping for the Company of the deals and transactions, among others.

  • Must be able to handle the recording with a deep level of understanding on the transactions, the projects, and the behavior of the currency exchange rates.

  • Communicate with the Price Team to ensure efficient and accurate recording of the transactions.

  • Ensure that the transactions being recorded are valid.

  • Perform reconciliations necessary by communicating with other teams.

  • Maintain the ledgers for each currency and the transactions that occur for each.

  • Communicate with Admin and HR for the administrative expenses for recording.

  • Assist the Accounting Manager in the preparation of the computation of the gross profit and financial statements.

  • Assist the Accounting Manager in other relevant ad hoc tasks.
  • Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or a similar discipline.

  • Must be knowledgeable with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

  • Familiarity and knowledge on forex trading and the relevant accounting practices are an edge.

  • Has good communication skills.

  • Has good analytical skills.

  • Possesses keen attention to detail.

  • Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati City.

  • Willing to start as soon as possible

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
