Job Description

Culinary Supervisor
  • JOB DESCRIPTION

> Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

> Train, coach, and develop team members in the culinary arts, including knife skills, food safety, sanitation, and cooking techniques

> Menu development in collaboration with the Head Chef, including cost analysis and recipe development

> Inventory management and ordering of all food and supplies needed to support daily operations

> Scheduling of team members to ensure adequate coverage while maximizing labor costs

> Financial accountability for the kitchen's budget, including food, labor, and supply costs

> Preparation of all food items according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef

> Quality control of all dishes served, ensuring they meet or exceed the expectations of our guests

> Active participation in weekly manager meetings, monthly inventory counts, and other company-wide initiatives

> Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of diverse individuals

> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

> Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

> Review FEO'S production planning and forecasting.

> Monitor inventory or pre-cooked & frozen items

> Request Raw materials and maintain kitchen inventory

> Maintain inventory of kitchen tools and equipment

> Schedule preventive maintenance(weekly, monthly, annually)

> Makes game plan for big events

> Assign pantry staff/cook to events
  • REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

> Proven experience as a culinary manager or head chef

> Exceptional leadership and organizational skills

> Excellent communication ability

> Creativity and passion for food

> Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

> Outstanding customer service orientation
  • PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field

> Management experience in a high-volume kitchen

> Experience with menu development and cost control

> Strong working knowledge of food safety standards and compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,
