CSR/ WORK FROM HOME/ PREMIUM ACCOUNTS

Description

We are looking for a CSR with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The role requires the candidate to work from home and handle premium accounts for customers in the SEA region. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle premium accounts for customers in the SEA region
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and technical issues
• Resolve customer issues within a timely manner
• Document all customer interactions and keep accurate records

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in handling premium accounts is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
