Shift: 9PM - 6AM, Monday to Friday
-Education: Associate degree or higher
-Language: Fluent in English
-Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
-Experience in e-commerce after-sales service modules and possess strong communication skills and stability.
- Answer customer calls promptly, address their inquiries, and manage missed calls.
- Complete a set number of email responses.
- Encourage customers to leave positive reviews and convert negative reviews into positive ones.
- Collect and relay customer suggestions/complaints to help improve products and processes.
- Learn product knowledge and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- May involve handling live chats in real-time and promptly addressing customer inquiries.
