CSR / Validator

- Detailed checking of technician's report, calls, and verify legitimacy of the declared RPR/RWAR by all technicians via OTP. To ensure no false reports are being sent and declared to operations and staff and Supervisor before they send reports to our client Fiberhome or their FH Cluster leaders

- Ensures that the provided details by the subscribers are the same as our field techs reported on our group chat and ensure that the subscribers are well informed during client's availability eg; re-schedule, cancellation and CBR CTDAs are accurate to avoid and false reporting during and EOD

- Once there is a false reporting finding during call outs then it will be endorsed to Supervisor or PM first to check and validate the false reporting once finalized then Sup/LPM/APM will now endorse to QA and SO for field/on site validation and inspection

- Will do validation and consolidation of RPR and RWAR data reports and provide it to operations Supervisor or PM for double checking and ensuring 100% accuracy of the reports before sending it to National PDT.

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

- Must have an experience in SLI Project and Telecom Industry
