Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled CSR-Utilization Review Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and treatment plans to ensure proper utilization of resources while maintaining the highest quality of care. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient medical records to assess the appropriateness and necessity of medical services provided.
- Evaluate the utilization of resources such as hospital stays, diagnostic tests, and medications to ensure they align with established guidelines and standards.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services.- Document findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to utilization review.
- Willing to work onsite and can start asap.
Preferably Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in utilization review or a related field.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and healthcare delivery systems.- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to utilization review.
