Job Summary- Manages incoming calls, provides customer assistance and answers queries
Identifies customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.- Attempts through persuasion, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer resolution.
Provides technical assistance, notations on customer transactions, interactions, comments and complaints to ensure quality on calls to achieve great feedback.
