Job Summary
  • Manages incoming calls, provides customer assistance and answers queries
Identifies customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Attempts through persuasion, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer resolution.
Provides technical assistance, notations on customer transactions, interactions, comments and complaints to ensure quality on calls to achieve great feedback.

At least between 6 to 18 months of Customer Service Representative or Technical Support (Depends on the Account)
  • At least 1 year in College
Good communications skills
  • Basic computer skills
With at least typing speed of 30pwm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
* 13th month salary
