Your Key Responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer service to clients in the insurance industry.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service targets.
Needed Qualifications
At least high school graduate (Old Curriculum)
With at least one year of BPO experience handling voice international accounts
or at least three months of direct sales experience from other industries
