CSR (Streaming) - Up to 21,000 - Onsite - Ilo-ilo - Shifting

We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative for an Online StreamingAccount for client located in Ilo-ilo

This is an onsite work and follows a Shifting Schedule

Salary pays up to 21k package based on experience

Must have at least one (1) year experience as an Agent in the BPO-setting for customer service or technical support line of business supporting international customers.

Requirements:

• Must at least be a High School level graduate (Old Curriculum)- Completed 4 years (New Curriculum)- K-12 Program
• At least one (1) year experience as an Agent in the BPO-setting for customer service or technical support line of business supporting international customers.
• Must have experience in a Voice Channel- Minimum of 6 months
• Average to above average English competency, both verbal and written.
• High preference for experience supporting entertainment and/or media streaming services

Description:

• Handle calls for product or service inquiries
• Attend to customer's requests for replacement, refund, etc.
• Handle all customer information with confidentiality and treat each call with utmost courtesy
• Keeping records of interactions with customers, process accounts and file documents of customers.
