Sorting out customers inquiries or requests- Ensuring that customers requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
Must reached College Level
- With at least 1 year Telco BPO International Voice Experience
Have Excellent English communication skills- Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
- Are willing to work on site
