Job Description

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
  • Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers inquiries or requests
  • Ensuring that customers requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
  • Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
  • WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Must reached College Level
  • With at least 1 year Telco BPO International Voice Experience
Have Excellent English communication skills
  • Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
  • Are willing to work on site
