KDCI is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and order management, with exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and have knowledge of E-commerce and Retail Account Services, Order Processing, and Claims.
Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service.
- Process wholesale and retail account orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with order processing and claims resolution as needed.
- Work independently to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members as needed.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Job Requirements
- With at least a year of relevant experience in Customer Service and order management
- Has an excellent phone disposition, and excellent communication skills; handling calls, emails and chats.
- Experience in e-Commerce Wholesale and Retail Account Services, Order processing, and Claims.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficient in MS Excel: Pivot table, vlookup, and MS word.
- Preferably with experience in leadership roles
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays if needed.
- Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set up.
