Qualifications:- Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status College Graduate
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
with BPO experience is a plus but not required
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.- Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
