- Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to market products or services.
Providing excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues.- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Updating customer information in the database and ensuring its accuracy.
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization to resolve customer issues.
Following scripts or guidelines provided by the company to handle calls effectively.
College Graduate of Accountancy, Finance or Marketing courses; No BPO Experience- College Undergraduate is accepted with at least 6 months Data Entry or Shipping & Logistic Exp.
Open for High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
