Job Description

Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Qualifications:
  • At least one (1) year experience in customer service
Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel / MS Word
Keen to details
  • Preferably living at Makati or near Makati area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Education:
  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Required)
