CSR - Loan Processor

-Call and follow-up with leads and prospects constantly to keep them engaged, informed and interested in working with us.

- Follow up with clients to collect sufficient information and documents, and prepare the file ready to send to LOA or the underwriting team for review.

- Set-up and prepare the file ready for underwriting for files that need urgent attention or

short turn time.

- If the file is sent to the underwriting team for review, monitor the turn time and progress, and update the LOA frequently on the status of the UW results.

- For all pre-approvals, maintain frequent communication with both clients and realtors on the pre-approval progress and thereafter until the client is in contract.

- Direct clients to the correct contact point (processor/ LOA) if the file has been converted to loan.

- Maintain constant contact and communication with lead and prospective clients, ensuring that the clients keep up their interest in doing business with Loan Factory

- Any other tasks assigned by the team lead

• Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance/Marketing/Sales

-No Experience Required

- Preferably Fresh Graduate

- Good English skills, especially in communication

- Detail-oriented and good customer service skills
