FLUENT IN MANDARIN (Can speak and understand)

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant departments.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any cross-departmental issues.- Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
