Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls with finesse and efficiency.
- Skillfully identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Deliver accurate, comprehensive information using the best methods and tools available.- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints related to bookings, cancellations, and changes, providing appropriate solutions within the time limits.
Provide customers with detailed information about flight schedules, fare rules, and travel policies.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, account processing, and document filing.
