Process Initial or Pre-Authorization via Phone or via Email- Respond to provider requests
Communicate to insurance providers for authorization determination
- Process verification of members benefits
Review Members clinical records 6 months - 1 year of Healthcare BPO experience- Experience handling/processing Authorization
Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
Amenable working night shift
