Salary: Php 23,000 - Php 25,000 per month

Engage and support US healthcare providers and clinics
- Handle interactions and general correspondence professionally and efficiently
Execute tasks aligned with the specific requirements and protocols of our US-based clientele- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure streamlined operations and superior service delivery
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Prior experience or exposure in healthcare support roles is an advantage
1 to 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in technical support or customer service
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Availability to work within the business hours of our US-based clients
