Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
- Candidates must be conversant in English language.
Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
