ABOUT THE POSITIONIts functions are the following, however, they are not limited to:
- Promptly answer incoming customer calls and address inquiries and complaints effectively.
Identify and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to communication scripts for various topics and scenarios.- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Gather and assess all relevant information to address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, collect feedback, or update customer information.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude while representing the company.- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented in the system.
Achieve or surpass productivity and quality assurance goals.
