Customer Service- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and call with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products and services to address concerns and answer inquiries- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to concerns and offering timely solutions.
Input and update customer information, orders, and transactions into the company database accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any errors or inconsistencies promptly.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by following established protocols and security measures.- Generate reports and summaries of encoded data as required by management or other departments.
Collaborate with team members to streamline encoding processes and improve efficiency.
Strong Customer Service Skills
Accurate and efficient typing skills with a high level of attention to detail.- Proficiency in using computer applications and software for data encoding and retrieval.
Good Communication skills both verbal and written
- Amenable to work in Paranaque
