Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers or clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to market products or services.- Providing excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Updating customer information in the database and ensuring its accuracy.
Collaborating with other departments within the organization to resolve customer issues.- Following scripts or guidelines provided by the company to handle calls effectively.
Qualifications:- Open for Freshers and Non - BPO experience
2 years in College with 1 year BPO
- College Graduate with no BPO experience
Open for High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
