Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the front-line liaison between the company and its customers. The primary role is to provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner.
