Job Description

Customer Service Representative - works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers needs at each step of the process.

  • Qualifications:
At least completed 2nd year in College (no back subjects)
  • Minimum of 6 months (or more) of international contact center/BPO experience, with financial services experience is preferred.
Good-Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be willing to work full on-site setup in Taguig.
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
  • Must be willing to take on a voice account/voice process.


  • Process:
Paper Screening for Validation
  • Virtual Initial Interview and Online Assessment
Face to face Final Interview and Job Offer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,
  • 00 per month
