Customer service representative act as the face of a company and directly work with customers to answer their questions or provide additional support where needed. They work in every industry that has a customer pool. ( This is a local account and not a bpo company)
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, nearly expired food)
- Update internal databases with information about service issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their product issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Provide training to junior Customer Service Representatives
- Other task that may assigned by the management time to time.

- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
- Can start as soon as possible
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
