- Customer Interaction and Support:
- Appointment Scheduling and Management:
- Billing and Insurance Support:
- Medical Records Assistance:
- Health Information and Education:
- Complaint Resolution and Escalation:
- Emergency Response and Crisis Management:
- Multi-Channel Engagement:
- Collaboration with Hospital Departments:
- Quality Metrics and Reporting:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years in college .
- Willing to work in Makati City.
- With background in local or international healthcare accounts; preferably with background in handling HMO/ Insurance.
- With background in sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,500.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
