Job Summary:The Content Moderator is responsible for maintaining the quality and appropriateness of user-generated content across our platforms. This role involves monitoring, reviewing, and managing content to ensure compliance with company policies and community guidelines.
Monitor and review user-generated content, ensuring it meets community standards and company policies.
- Enforce content policies by flagging, removing, or escalating inappropriate content.
Generate reports on content trends, issues, and compliance metrics.- Interact with users to address content-related concerns and provide guidance on policy compliance.
Suggest improvements to content moderation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- With a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience.
Excellent Communication Skills.- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive content.
Familiarity with content management systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work onsite (office-based).
