Job Summary:As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to schedule appointments and generate leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong ability to build rapport over the phone.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list of leads.
- Introduce and promote products/services to potential customers.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and interests.- Overcome objections and provide appropriate information to encourage interest in our offerings.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts and strategies.
Provide feedback on lead quality and potential improvements to the lead generation process.
Proven experience in customer service, specifically with cold calling or appointment setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage- 1 to 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in cold calling or appointment setting.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Availability to work within the business hours of our US-based clients
