Job Description

Telemarketer
  • General Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions using provided scripts and procedures.
  • know the company products, services, policies, and procedures during training period to effectively address customer inquiries.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.
  • Qualifications:
Can attend onsite interview (Landmark: Ortigas SM Megamall)
  • At least conversant in english
Amenable to working onsite
  • Bpo Experience is a plus!
Good Typing Skills
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
18 years old and above
  • College Undergrads are accepted
Salary negotiable for tenured agents
  • Nice to have (Optional):
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
