Under the supervision of the Manager, the Voice Service Associate (VSA) is responsible for following up of customers with outstanding invoices, and providing them with information on their statement of account to ensure collection of payment. Coordination with US Sales Department is expected especially for escalated cases.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Calls customers to follow up payment for outstanding invoices.
- Provides information to the customers regarding their invoice or statements of account.
Escalates cases that need further action to the US Sales Department.- Documents release controls of the organization and ensures compliance and understanding of parties involved.
Generate Reports and analysis to evaluate the recovery of funds and keep track of aging receivables.
- Checks accuracy and completeness of data.
Adheres to the organization's standard operating procedures and work instructions.- Attends project orientation, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training as required.
Graduate of a 4-year course preferable related to Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, English, Literature, or Mass Communication; or must have completed 2 year college education- Experience working, handling similar role, in BPO industry is an advantage
